Tuesday, June 6

Trails Regional Library hosts Coffee and Connections at 9 a.m. every Tuesday at the Warrensburg Branch. This program is for adults.

Trails Regional Library hosts Storytime in the Stacks at 10 a.m. every Tuesday at the Warrensburg Branch. This is a kids program.

Offered by Journey Home, Refuge on Ming and various area churches, hot lunch is provided from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 206 N. College St. in Warrensburg. Medical services provided by Katy Trail Community Health’s mobile unit are available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of The Food Center, 137 E. Culton St. in Warrensburg. MoDOT Kansas City will host a public hearing regarding future U.S. 50 corridor safety improvements from east of Route 58 to, and including, Business 50 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 6 at the Warrensburg Municipal Chamber, 200 S. Holden St. in Warrensburg.

Johnson County Community Health Services offers walk-in COVID-19 vaccines from 1 to 4:30 p.m. every Wednesday. It is not necessary to make an appointment.

The Knob Noster Fair, themed “The Sound of Freedom,” is set to take place on June 8-10.

Coffee and Connections will meet from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Warrensburg Branch of Trails Regional Library.

Trails Regional Library will host Music and Movement from 9:30 to 10 a.m., followed by Free Play with Friends from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the Warrensburg Branch. This program is for ages 0-5.

Overeaters Anonymous meets at 10 a.m. Thursday in room 141 of the First United Methodist Church in Warrensburg, 141 E. Gay St. For more information, call 660-232-2115.

The Johnson County Historical Society will host Old Drum Day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the historic Johnson County Courthouse, 302 N. Main St. in Warrensburg.

Monday, June 12

Seniors Jammin’ meets at 1 p.m. Monday at East Gate Restoration Branch, 401 N. Main St., Centerview. Bring your instrument, singing voice or listening ear for this free, informal, relaxed, weekly event.
