WARRENSBURG — The 48th annual Christmas Store, a community church-based mission, is once again working to provide a Christmas meal for those in Johnson County who struggle with food insecurity.
The Christmas Store anticipates feeding more than 300 families this year. Recipients will receive vouchers to redeem for food at Warrensburg Hy-Vee.
Voucher distribution will be 1-4 p.m. Dec. 16 and 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 18 at First United Methodist Church, 141 E. Gay St. in Warrensburg.
To donate, make checks out to Christmas Store and mail to Christmas Store, 212 N. Main St., Warrensburg, MO 64093.
