As someone who knows public health issues and state regulations related to public health as a former local public health agency adimistrator at JCCHS, I support what JCCHS has done to mitigate COVID-19. JCCHS and the current board members have done exactly what they were supposed to do, and needed to do, to control COVID-19 I. Johnson County. The evidence is right in front of us as new cases and hospitalizations are decreasing. I support candidates who put the health of the community first regardless of how it might affect them personally. Bottom line... .the current Board of Trustees have fulfilled their oath of office, and I commend them for their valiant service and their efforts. I will vote to return them to their office they have held because they have proven themselves as being up for the job.
