Ethan K. Jenkins, 23, was arrested on Feb. 10 for driving without a valid license and Platte County warrants. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Jenkins’ vehicle in the 700 block of Maguire Street. He was booked at the Warrensburg Police Department and then was transported to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office where he was placed in jail in lieu of bond. more

Starlet M. Perry, 46, was arrested on Feb. 3 for domestic assault in the 300 block of East Market Street. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between Perry and a known male subject. She was arrested, booked and released with a signed summons. more

Avery T. Dennis, 41, was arrested on Jan. 27 for driving while suspended after an officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 500 block of Market Street. He was also cited for defective equipment, improper registration and no proof of insurance. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond for a probation and parole violation warrant. more

Mayra A. Cendales, 20, was arrested on Jan. 20 for driving while intoxicated. Officers conducted a traffic stop on her vehicle in the 500 block of South Maguire Street and arrested Cendales. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with citations. more

Desiree Michelle Dodgen, 36, was arrested for driving while suspended/revoked when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Maguire St. on Jan. 13. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released. more

Stephen De La Garza, 36, was arrested on Jan. 6 for driving without a valid driver's license, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated. Officers responded to the area of Gay and Mitchell Streets to tend to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident reported by a female driver. The male driver fled the scene and was located in the 100 block of Commercial Street. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. He was also issued a citation for failing to obey a signal light. more

Kevin M. Kamua, 35, was arrested on Dec. 30 for improper registration, speeding, no seatbelt, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, no tail lights and obstructing police. Officers attempted a traffic stop on his vehicle near the intersection of Young and Burkarth Streets when the driver fled at a high rate of speed and turned off the lights on their vehicle. The vehicle pulled into an apartment complex and collided with another vehicle. He was taken into custody afterward. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released on municipal charges. more

Joseph L. Burroughs, 50, was arrested on Dec. 23 for driving while revoked after detectives conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 600 block of West Gay Street. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department. more

Pamela R. Golob, 67, was arrested on Dec. 17 for stealing and passing bad checks at a business in the 400 block of East Young Street. The store manager requested she be trespassed from the store and advised officers that she was willing to pursue charges. Golob was arrested and banned from the store. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed then transported to the Johnson County Jail for an outstanding warrant. more

Jordan Freishuffield, 29, was arrested on Dec. 10 for a fugitive out of state. Officers conducted a subject search on Freishuffield in the 400 block of East Russell Avenue. Freishuffield was arrested for a warrant out of Colorado and transported to the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold. more

Jonathon L. Smith, 37, was arrested on Dec. 3 for felony resisting, driving while revoked and multiple warrants. Officers observed a known male subject with a possible felony warrant driving in the 100 block of South Mitchell Street. Officers located the vehicle in the 700 block of East Culton Street and the male subject fled on foot. The male subject was located under the back porch of a residence in the 900 block of Ridge Drive and was taken into custody. He was placed in the Johnson County Jail. more

Trevor C. Thompson, 34, was arrested on Nov. 26 for domestic assault an an active warrant. Officers responded to a business in the 900 block of North Simpson Drive in regards to a domestic assault occurring in a vehicle. Officers located a male subject walking away from the vehicle carrying a juvenile. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked for city domestic assault then transported to the Johnson County Jail for an active Blue Springs Police Department warrant. more

Shyla M. Wimer, 23, was arrested on Nov. 18 for second-degree domestic assault. Multiple callers reported a domestic assault in the 100 block of East Hunt Street. Officers determined that a female subject assaulted a male subject. She was processed at the Warrensburg Police Department and then transported to the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold. more
