Leftover wood from the mulberry tree at 205 N. Maguire St, will be repurposed for a bunch as part of the city's ReThink Maguire Project.  The tree was removed in April due to its unhealthy state and its property owner ordering its removal immediately.

Knob Noster Public School officials, along with stakeholders and representatives from the school, community and Department of Defense, break ground on the new Knob Noster High School on Friday, Oct. 11, in Knob Noster. Construction of the building located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Missouri Highway 23 and Smith Parkway is set to be completed by the 2026-27 school year.

Central Bank donated $1,000 to Old Drum Animal Shelter after their #dogwooddogs social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram. For each person who shared a photo of their dog, tagged Central Bank of Warrensburg and used the hashtag #dogwooddogs, Central Bank would donate $5 towards their $1,000 goal. Central Bank said it loves giving back to local organizations, especially in fun ways involving the community.
