NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The Knob Noster Board of Alderman will be conducting a Public Hearing on June 26, 2025, at 6:00 pm at Knob Noster City Hall, 201 North State Street, to discuss and make recommendations regarding the following item:
ITEM 1.
· Review for approval of the application for the Preliminary Plat of property listed below.
Lot 2 of Irish Lane Estates being a part of the southeast quarter of Section 16, Township 46 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., Johnson County, Missouri, Knob Noster, Johnson County, Missouri.
Any and all interested parties, businesses, corporations, or individuals are encouraged to attend and participate in the "open" discussion. Any and all objections should be filed with the City Clerk within seven (7) days after the public hearing.
