JUDGMENT ENTRY
NOW ON THIS 22nd day of January, 2025, the Petitioner's Petition for Change of Name comes on for hearing. Petitioner, Chelsea Marie Gray appears in person, by and through her attorney of record, Chance W. Riddle.
THEREUPON the Petitioner submits the cause to the Court, and the Court, after hearing the evidence, makes the following findings:
1. Petitioner filed her Motion for Change of Name on January 8, 2025:
2. Petitioner's name is Chelsea Marie Gray and she is a resident of Johnson County, and resides at 400 Elliott Lane, Knob Noster, Missouri 65336.
3. Petitioner has requested that her name be changed from Chelsea Marie Gray to Chelsea Marie LaPe'e.
4. There is no unsatisfied judgment for money pending against the Petitioner.
5. Petitioner's name change will be proper and not be detrimental to the interests of any other person and the change of Petitioner's name would be proper.
6. Court costs shall be assessed against Petitioner.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Chelsea Marie Gray's name shall be changed to Chelsea Marie LaPe'e; that notice of the change of name shall be published once each week for three (3) consecutive weeks in the Star Journal; that proof of the publication shall be filed with the Circuit Clerk within ten (10) days after the date of the last publication; and that Court costs are assessed against the Petitioner.
