SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue and authority of a Writ of Execution, issued from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Johnson county, Missouri, at Missouri, returnable on the 28th day of January, 2025 and to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, in favor of the City of Holden as Plaintiff and against William H. Sellars as Defendant, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, interest and estate of said Defendant, William H.
