On this September 7, 2023 the Petition for Ethan Jordan Worsley for Change of Name comes on to be heard, and after fully examining said Petitioner, as to the reason for said desired name change, it is found that said name change is proper and will not be detrimental to the interest of any persons. It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the name of Ethan Jordan Worsley born January 30, 2001 be changed to that of Clark Ethan Burks.
