NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: ALL PERSONS WHO CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY OF LENA O. WILLE, DECEASED, AS AN HEIR OF SAID DECEDENT OR THROUGH ANY HEIR OF DECEDENT
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the above court by Dean K. Wille for the determination of the heirs of Lena O. Wille, deceased, and their respective interest as such heirs in and with respect to the following described property owned by said Decedent at the time of death, to wit:
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: VALUE $67,500.00
One half interest in:
Part of the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Forty-six (46), Range Twenty-six (26), being the East Seventy-two and seven twelfths (72 7/12) feet in width East and West off of the West half of the following described tract, beginning One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-one and one third (1461 1/3) feet East Six (6) degrees South of a point Three Hundred (300) feet South of the Northeast corner of tract sold by Benjamin W. Grover to Sovereign Holwell, see Book S page 501 Deed Records of said county, running thence East Six (6) degrees South Two Hundred Ninety and one third (290 1/3) feet, thence South Three Hundred Four (304) feet more or less to a point Fifty (50) feet North of the center of Missouri Pacific Railway, thence Westerly parallel with center of said railway Two Hundred ninety and one third (290 1/3) feet, thence North Three Hundred Fifty (350) feet to place of beginning.

Should you fail therein, judgment may be entered in due course upon said petition.
