CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Warrensburg, Missouri, will meet on December 13, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at the Warrensburg Municipal Center, 200 S. Holden St., to consider the following matters: 1. A public hearing regarding a request by Warrensburg Tires, LLC to rezone property located at 618 W. Clark Street. The request is to change the zoning classification from R1: Single-Family Residence District to R2: One- and Two-Family Residence District. A public hearing regarding a request by Pathways Community Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. to annex certain property into the city limits of Warrensburg. The property is located along the east side of 703 N.
