Lucas T. Fitzpatrick, 23, was arrested April 27 in the area of East Gay Street and Commander Street for driving while suspended/revoked after officers conducted a traffic stop for expired plates and no driver's side mirror. Officers discovered he was driving while suspended. He was arrested, transported to the Warresburg Police Department, booked and released.
Jerry L. Boling, 44, was arrested April 28 in the area of Shotwell Street and North Street for driving while suspended/revoked after officers conducted a traffic stop for improper registration. Officers discovered he was driving while revoked and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Samantha D. Pohlman, 27, and Caleb A. Foose, 30, were arrested for stealing April 29 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to theft. Asset protection reported a known male and female passed all points of sale without rendering payment. Officers located the stolen items and both subjects ran into the woods nearby, where they were arrested for shoplifting . Both were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Robert Glibertson, 72, was arrested April 30 in the 400 block of North Maguire Street for urinating in public after officers were dispatched in reference to an incident of indecency. Multiple witnesses reported a male peed next to his vehicle in the parking lot. Officers made contact with the male, and he was issued a citation.
Carolyn S. Rodgers, 20, and Jeremy R. Vance, 30, were arrested April 30 in the 400 block of Burkarth Road for disturbing public peace after officers were dispatched to a disturbance. Officers located a male and female engaged in a verbal and physical dispute. Officers separated both parties and cited each of them on the scene for disturbing public peace.
Shannon Stockwell, 47, was arrested April 30 in the 400 block of Burkarth Drive for driving while suspended/revoked after officers conducted a traffic stop for improper registration. Officers discovered the male was driving while revoked and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Darnell R. Gregory, 46, was arrested April 30 for driving while suspended/revoked in the 300 block of West North Street for improper registration. Officers discovered the male was driving while revoked and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Sara Sydney Naranjo, 31, was arrested May 1 in the 300 block of East Cooper Street for trespassing and stealing after officers were dispatched in reference to theft. Asset protection told officers a known female was seen passing all points of sale without rendering payment. Officers reviewed footage and placed the female under arrest.
Cory A. McClone, 48, was arrested May 1 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for stealing after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection reported that on May 26, a known male passed all points of sale without rendering payment. After reviewing camera footage, officers located the male subject. He was booked and released on the scene.
Blake L. Hawes, 21, was arrested for assault May 3 in the 400 block of East Market Street after officers were dispatched to the WPD lobby for assault. Upon arrival, a man stated a known male punched him in the face in the 100 block of Broad Street on April 30. Officers located the male and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
