Warrensburg area police reports for April 28

Blair A. Vickers, 24, was arrested March 30 for abuse or neglect of a child in the 400 block of Hawthorne Boulevard after officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Polar Street in reference to a found juvenile subject. Officers located the juvenile subject and transported them to their residence in the 400 block of Hawthorne Boulevard. Custody of the juvenile subject was transferred to their parents. Officers conducted a walkthrough of the residence.  After a brief investigation, two juveniles were taken into protective custody and the female guardian was arrested for child neglect. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released pending state charges.

Desiree M. Baker, 43, was arrested March 31 for no proof of insurance, driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and obstruction  in the 700 block of North Holden Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operating without tail lights. The female also had an active warrant out of Warrensburg. She was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where she was placed in lieu of bond.

Anthony Charles Bondon, 74, was arrested March 31 for unlawful use of a weapon, domestic assault and armed criminal action in the 700 block of North Washington Street after officers were dispatched to a domestic assault involving a firearm. An RP reported a known male brandished his weapon and proceeded to hit them in the mouth. Officers arrested the male and transported him to the Johnson County Jail pending state charges.

Ann M. Aultman, 35, was arrested April 1 for shoplifting in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to theft. Upon arrival, Asset Protection reported two subjects had passed all points of sale without rendering payment for their items. After reviewing footage, officers arrested one female and transported her to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.

Sebastian J. Pezoa-Sir, 28, was arrested April 1 for trespassing in the area of Maguire Street and Russell Avenue after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard  in reference to trespassing. Asset protection reported a known male who had previously been trespassed was on scene. Officers made contact, where they confirmed his trespass was active. He was arrested, booked and released with a signed city summons.

Chaudhry N. Khalid, 34, was arrested April 2 for driving while intoxicated in the area of NE 50 Highway and NE 13 Highway after officers were dispatched in reference to a subject check. Before arriving on scene, an RP stated a known male was possibly drinking and driving. Officers located the subject and stopped the vehicle for exceeding the posted speed limit. After investigation, he was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Gregory S. Anderson, 60, was arrested April 2 in the 600 block of West Pine Street for possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing after officers were dispatched to the 38 block of SW 101 Road in reference to trespassing. Officers located a male walking on the train tracks. He was also determined to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He  was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Ronald R. Reed, 54, was arrested April 2 in the 600 block of Burkarth Road for disturbing public peace after officers were dispatched for a noise complaint. Officers made contact with a male who was issued a citation for a disturbance.

Stacy L. Wood, 55, was arrested April 3  for embezzlement in the 300 block of Hawthorne Boulevard after officers were dispatched to a business in reference to theft. A business reported that between April 31 and April 3, a known female had been stealing from their store. After further investigation, a female was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a city summons.

Renata  K. Collins, 35, was arrested April 3 in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard for shoplifting after officers were dispatched in reference to theft. Asset protection reported a known female had been seen passing all points of sale without rendering payment. After reviewing footage, officers arrested the subject for shoplifting. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Lisbon William, 38, was arrested April 3 for failure to use a child restraint, no proof of insurance and driving while suspended in the 400 block of East Russell Avenue after officers observed a vehicle traveling with no headlights at night. Officers discovered the driver had a revoked license. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

Amanda D. Wilkins, 42, was arrested April 3 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for shoplifting after officers were dispatched in reference to theft. Asset protection reported a known female subject passed all points of sale without rendering payment for items. After reviewing footage, officers transported her to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.

Kai A. Dawson, 24, was arrested April 4 for driving while intoxicated in the area of South Holden Street and Hunt Street after officers conducted a traffic stop for exceeding the posted speed limit. Officers discovered the female was driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Arellhanez Hernandez, 20, was arrested April 5  for shoplifting in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched for theft.. Asset protection reported a known male passed all points of sale without rendering payment for his items. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Monnie M. Parsons, 49, was arrested April 5 in the 1000 block of Bedford Drive for assault of an officer, resisting arrest and trespassing  after officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. Officers made contact with a known female subject who was refusing to leave the property. After further investigation, she was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.
