Soccer excitement is heading to the region, and Warrensburg is getting in the game! Visit Warrensburg invites local businesses and nonprofit organizations to be part of the Summer of Soccer, a community-wide initiative timed with the international soccer tournament happening just down the road in Kansas City.
From June 1 through July 19, businesses are encouraged to bring the energy by hosting soccer-themed events, offering special promotions, or featuring globally inspired food, drinks, and experiences. It’s a chance to showcase Warrensburg’s hometown spirit while welcoming visitors traveling to matches and Fan Fest events.
Participation is free, and the deadline to sign up is April 17, Go to Visitwarrensburg.com to sign up.
Participants will gain added visibility through online event listings, promotional features, and inclusion in the Summer of Soccer passport —plus receive a complimentary window decal (limited supplies) to show they’re part of the celebration.
Let’s make this a summer to remember—on and off the field!
