Benito Henry, 18, was arrested Aug. 25 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for leaving the scene of an accident. After officers were dispatched to East Clark Street and Missouri Street regarding a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers were informed that a vehicle rear-ended a vehicle owned by the University of Central Missouri and left the scene. After investigation, officers located the male subject and arrested him for fleeing the scene of an accident. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Kaleb H. Long, 19, was arrested Aug. 26 in the 600 block of South College Street for assault after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Broad Street in reference to an assault. A victim reported a known male subject punched him several times, causing him to go to Western Missouri Medical Center for stitches. Officers located the male subject and placed him under arrest for assault. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Tiffany Ritchie, 36, was arrested Aug. 26 in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard for trespassing and shoplifting after officers were dispatched to the location in regard to a theft. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, and released with a signed city summons.
Troy K. Schreck, 53, was arrested Aug. 26 in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard for shoplifting after officers were dispatched to the location in regard to a theft involving a female. During the investigation, it was determined the male had also aided in the shoplifting and was known to have a Johnson County warrant for his arrest. He was arrested, taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and transported to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.
Jordan A. Sales, 42, was arrested Aug. 26 in the 600 block of Spring Ridge Road for resisting arrest, obstruction and domestic assault after officers were dispatched to the location for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers heard loud yelling and eventually discovered a known female subject who had visible injuries. A known male subject was questioned and arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Ashton E. Liwis, 20, was arrested Aug. 28 for driving while suspended in the 1000 block of South Maguire Street after officers were dispatched in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the male driver who was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons and a citation for no insurance.
Judson A. Bullock, 49, was arrested Aug. 28 at the intersection of North Holden Street and East Gay Street for an open container violation after officers noticed him violating liquor laws. Contact was made with the male, who was determined to be in possession of an open container. He was arrested, booked and released on scene with a signed city summons.
Vanessa M. Fajardo, 30, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a valid operator's license. Her case dates back to Aug. 22, when officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a hit and run. Officers learned a known female subject had hit a parked vehicle and proceeded to flee the scene. Further investigation confirmed the identity of the driver. She was mailed a signed city summons for leaving the scene and no valid driver’s license.
Mercadies M. Chavez, 20, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 200 block of Grover Street for an open container violation and minor in possession after officers noticed the female in violation of liquor law. Officers made contact with the subject, who was determined to be a minor in possession. She was arrested, booked and released on scene with a signed summons for open container violation and minor in possession.
Blayne J. Schrunk, 19, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 200 block of Grover Street for being a minor visibly intoxicated after officers were dispatched on multiple reports that a known male subject had attempted to touch individuals without their consent. Officers made contact with the male, who was visibly intoxicated. After further investigation, it was determined he was under the influence. He was arrested, booked and released on scene with a signed city summons.
Angel M. Cook, 19, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 700 block of South Maguire Street for assault after officers were dispatched in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with two known females who had been in an altercation. After further investigation, one of the female subjects was arrested for assault. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Adam D. Lankerd, 58, was arrested Aug. 29, in the 700 block of East Culton Street for driving while suspended after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for displaying expired plates. Contact was made and the subject was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Andrew D. Schildmeier, 32, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for trespassing after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for a past trespassing. Upon arrival, the business reported a known male subject had trespassed on Aug. 21.
James H. McHenry, 20, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for shoplifting after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a theft that occurred June 28. The male subject was identified and mailed a citation for shoplifting.
Stacy D. Hubbard, 60, was arrested Aug. 30, at the intersection of 50 Highway and Maguire Street for driving while intoxicated after officers were notified of a vehicle failing to maintain its lane while driving westbound on U.S. Highway 50 from Knob Noster. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop after noticing it swerved onto the shoulder. Contact was made with the male driver, who was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Nathaniel J. K. Weitz, 39, was arrested Aug. 30 in the 800 block of West Mill Street for domestic assault after officers were dispatched to the location for a domestic disturbance. A reporting party stated a known male attempted to punch her and pulled her hair. Contact was made with the male, who was arrested for domestic assault. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Kameron A. Wyatt, 27, was arrested Aug. 31 in the 400 block of Burkharth Road on three charges of assault after officers were dispatched to Western Missouri Medical Center in reference to a past assault. Upon arrival, hospital staff reported that an intoxicated male had assaulted three hospital employees. He was arrested, booked and released on scene due to him being sedated.
Jaylen Harris, 21, was arrested Aug. 31 in the 100 block of South Holden Street after officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past theft. Asset protection reported a known male was seen on July 16 and July 27 skip scanning several items and leaving the store without paying for them. Officers later located the subject, who was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and booked with two signed city summons.
