Sarah A. Turberille, 26, was arrested for domestic assault Aug. 5, in the 300 block of West Gay Street, after officers responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Officers made contact with a known male and female who engaged in an altercation. The female was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was released with a signed city summons.

Joshua M. Bradley, 43, was arrested for domestic assault Aug. 5 in the 400 block of Jackson Street after officers responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. A female reported that a known male assaulted her during an argument and fled the scene. Officers located the male, where he was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Krista N. Sandifer, 33, was arrested Aug. 6 in the 400 block of Hamilton Street for driving while revoked at the intersection of Franklin Street and Cleburn Street after officers conducted a traffic stop. The driver was determined to be driving while revoked, arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed summons for driving while revoked, no license plates and no insurance.

Michael L. Gregory, 45, was arrested Aug. 6 in the 700 block of Cedar Drive for domestic assault, endangering the welfare of a child and property damage after officers were dispatched to the location for a domestic disturbance. A female subject reported that a known male subject assaulted her, and broke the windshield on her car. The male was questioned, arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed summons.

Andrea D. Hurr, 40, was arrested Aug. 7 in the 300 block of East Young Avenue for shoplifting after officers were dispatched to the location in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, employees reported an unknown female stole merchandise from the store between 1:47 p.m. and 1:49 p.m. Officers located the female, and she was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a city summons.

Cordell J. Jellison, 25, was arrested Aug. 8 near the intersection of westbound U.S. 50 Highway and North Devasher Road for unlawful use of a weapon after officers conducted a motorist assist. Officers made contact with the male occupant, who was arrested for unlawful use of a firearm due to their intoxication level and the firearm being loaded. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released pending state charges.

Jayson D. Shepherd, 32, was arrested Aug. 9 for trespassing in the 700 block of East Culton Street after officers were dispatched in reference to a burglary. A resident reported he came home to find an unknown subject in his apartment. The subject was placed under arrest for trespassing and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.

Angel U. Leyva, 18, was arrested Aug. 9 for driving without a valid operator’s license on the northbound U.S. Highway 50 ramp from North Maguire Street after officers were dispatched to the area for a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, a male driver was arrested for driving without a valid operator’s license and failing to obey a traffic light. He was booked and released on scene on scene with a signed city summons and a citation for failing to obey a traffic light.

Gaylon W. Wilkerson, 41, was arrested Aug. 9 for trespassing in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to a trespassing. Upon arrival, the business informed officers that a known male subject, who had previously been trespassed, was on the property. Officers made contact, confirmed the trespass was still active, placed him under arrest and transported him to the Warrensburg Police Department. He was booked and released with a signed city summons.

Amber R. Fuentes, 29, was arrested Aug. 10 for assault on an officer and resisting arrest in the 100 block of Pine Street after officers were dispatched for a disturbance. A known female subject refused to calm down and resisted arrest. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.

Kevin R. Payne, 34, was arrested Aug. 10 in the 700 block of Market Street for identity theft or attempted identity theft and fraudulent use of a debit card after officers were dispatched in reference to fraudulent activity. Upon arrival, it was reported that a deceased male's credit card had been fraudulently used. A male subject was later discovered to be involved and he was arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons for fraudulent use of a debit device and identity theft.
