Amy N. Johnson, 38, was arrested July 7 for driving while intoxicated - drugs in the 500 block of E. Young Street. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Burkarth Road regarding a gold Toyota Corolla swerving on the roadway. The vehicle was located in the 500 block of Young and a traffic stop was conducted. It was determined that the female was driving while intoxicated. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a city summons and multiple citations.
Janae A. Magee, 39, was arrested July 7 for possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to obey an officer in the 200 block of Ming Street after officers were dispatched about a disturbance. Officers located a known female subject walking up and down the road and cursing at individuals. Officers discovered she was in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Thomas P. Ortiz, 27, was arrested July 8 for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of Foster Lane when officers were dispatched about a disturbance. A reporting party stated a male subject was playing loud music and yelling outside of her residence. Officers arrested and transported him to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released pending state charges.
Sergio L. Rodriguez, 63, was arrested July 9 for shoplifting in the 300 block of E. Cooper Boulevard when officers responded to a business in reference to a theft. Officers arrived on scene, where asset protection stated they had a subject detained after he was caught skip scanning items. He was arrested for shoplifting and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Patrick F. Fraley, 25, was arrested July 11 for domestic assault, failure to obey an officer and property damage, in the 820 block of E. Broad Street, when officers were dispatched about a domestic disturbance. Officers located a male subject who was found to have a Warrensburg Municipal warrant. He was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Kourtni K. Mabry, 25, was arrested July 11 for failure to obey an officer and simple assault in the 600 block of N. Maguire Street after officers were dispatched to the 310 block of E. Young Street in reference to a disturbance. Officers were informed that a physical altercation took place between a known man and an employee. The male fled on foot and was located along Maguire. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with citations for assault and failing to identify.
Travis W. Ray, 42, was arrested July 11 for trespassing in the 400 block of 9th Street Terrace when officers responded to a trespassing call. A subject told officers a previously trespassed individual was at the property and he wanted them removed. Officers escorted him off the property and issued a citation.
Paul A. Cox, 59, was arrested July 11 at the intersection of Broad Street and Vest Drive for delivery of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a black Chrysler Pacifica with no plates. Officers approached the vehicle and determined he was driving while revoked and had multiple Warrensburg Municipal warrants. He was arrested and, after searching the vehicle, was determined to have two stolen license plates, narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed in lieu of bond.
Thomas Patrick Ortiz, 27, was arrested July 11 in the 1110 block of Zoll Street for simple assault. Officers were dispatched for an assault. A female reported that a male subject shoved her after she refused to give him her phone. Officers located the male, who appeared to be heavily intoxicated. He was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center, where he was left with multiple citations. Officers also completed affidavits on the scene.
Wesman F. Musa, 43, was arrested July 13 at the intersection of E. Gay Street and N. Maguire Street for driving while intoxicated. Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a white Lexus GX stopped in the middle of an intersection. Officers made contact with the male, who was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with citations for impeding the flow of traffic, no insurance and driving while intoxicated.
Angelina D. Mathis, 32, was arrested July 13 in the 400 block of W. Pine Street for possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers were dispatched to Blind Boone Park for a known subject check. Officers located the female, who had active Warrensburg warrants. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Johnson County Jail, where she was placed in lieu of bond, with citations for possession of drug paraphernalia.
