Trinity A. Bolton, 27, was arrested for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and driving while revoked July 29 in the 30th block of NW 150 Road after officers attempted to stop a blue Chevrolet Impala near the intersection of Holden Street and Cooper Street for improper registration. The vehicle failed to yield until stopping along NW 150 Road. Officers made contact with the female, who was determined to be driving while revoked. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Kevin Kojeski, 64, was arrested for trespassing July 31, in the 600 block of Buckarth Road after officers were dispatched to the Train Depot at 100 S. Holden in reference to a trespass. A male party who had previously been trespassed from the property was located on scene. Officers made contact with the male, who was placed under arrest, transported the Warrensburg Police Department and released with a signed city summons.
Christian C.P. Root, 20, was arrested for fraudulent procurement of a credit or debit device, fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and stealing less than $750 on July 31 while Laneisha M. Mitchell, 19, was arrested for minor in possession and stealing less than $750 in the 400 block of North Maguire Street after officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East Young Street in reference to a theft. A victim reported his wallet with his credit card was missing after using it at a gas station. Officers could not locate the wallet, but the victim later called to report his card had been used in the 400 block of North Maguire Street. Officers located a male and female using the device. Both were provided with a city summons.
Kevin Kojeski, 64, was arrested for littering on Aug. 1 in the 100 block of North Washington Street after a known male subject was seen throwing objects into the roadway and yelling at passersby. Officers made contact with the individual, who was arrested for littering. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and transferred to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for future care.
Isaac N. Montgomery, 22, was arrested for shoplifting on Aug. 2 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched regarding past thefts. Upon arrival, asset protection informed officers with multiple reports of a known male stealing from the store. He was placed under arrest, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Gaylon W. Wilkerson, 41, was arrested for trespassing on Aug. 2 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to a trespassing. Asset protection informed officers that a known male subject who had previously been trespassed was located on scene. Officers made contact with the male and arrested him for trespassing. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Jerry L. Boling, 43, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 2 in the 400 block of East Gay Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no plates. It was determined the male passenger had an active Warrensburg warrant. He was placed under arrest and discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked ad released with a new court date and a signed city summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel L. Eschliman, 43, was arrested for trespassing on Aug. 2 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to a shoplifting report. Asset protection reported a known male passed all points of sale without rendering payment. Officers made contact with the male, who was determined to have several active warrants. He was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.
Michael L. Gregory, 45, was arrested for obstruction and domestic assault on Aug. 3 in the 700 block of Cedar Drive after officers were dispatched for a domestic assault. Officers discovered a known male had grabbed and bruised a known female subject. He failed to comply with commands and resisted arrest. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
