Nicole S. Smith, 38, was arrested for driving while suspended July 14 in the 400 block of Jefferson Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray Kia Sorrento for not using a turn signal. Officers made contact with the driver, who was determined to be driving while revoked. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released pending state charges for driving while revoked, no turn signal and no insurance.
Daniel W. Reardon, 42, was arrested for obstruction July 15 at the intersection of Warren Street and Young Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Pontiac G6. Officers made contact with the vehicle, where the male passenger began to resist officer commands. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons for obstruction.
Stephen Rosebush, 68, was arrested for domestic assault and failure to obey an officer July 17 in the 300 block of Johnson Drive when officers were dispatched in reference to an assault. A female reported a known male subject assaulted her by shoving to the ground. Officers also determined the male assaulted another male subject by striking him several times. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Robert P. Thull, 22, was arrested for shoplifting July 18 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard when officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection advised a male subject had been detained for shoplifting. Upon investigation, it was determined he failed to scan several items in his cart and passed all points of sale without paying. He was arrested, and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department where he was booked and released with a signed city summons for shoplifting.
Jordan D. Graves was arrested July 19 for unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action, resisting arrest for a felony and first degree robbery in the 600 block of Clark Street. Officers were initially dispatched to the 500 block of South Main Street. Soon after, a male suspect was located and arrested. A search warrant was obtained for a residence in the 600 block of West Clark Street. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.
Madison R. Helt, 18, was arrested July 19 for obstruction July 19 in the 600 block of West Clark Street after failing to obey lawful orders from law enforcement. Officers were initially dispatched to the 500 block of South Main Street in reference to a robbery. Soon after, a search warrant was obtained for a residence in the 600 block of West Clark Street.
Jordan K. M. Tate, 24, was arrested July 19 for shoplifting in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard when officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. Asset protection advised that they had a male subject detained for shoplifting. Upon investigation, it was determined the male subject had passed all points of sale without paying. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons for shoplifting.
Adithya Nallam, 22, was arrested July 20 for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive in a single lane and improper registration in the 500 block of King Street after officers were dispatched to the 400 block of South Main Street in reference to a motor vehicle crash. A reporting party stated a male subject hit a curb and his maroon Ford Fusion had a flat tire. Officers made contact with the male subject, who was determined to be intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons for driving while intoxicated.
David R. Forbis, 36, was arrested July 20 for possession of a controlled substance and a parole violation warrant in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Colorado due to an arrest warrant being attached to the plate return. During the stop, a passenger lied about his name several times and was found to have an active no-bond parole absconder warrant. He was placed under arrest, and during a routine search he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond and charges of possession of a controlled substance are being sent to the Prosecutor’s Office.
