A Columbia man, 28, suffered moderate injuries at 5:38 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, in the Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the man was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado south on Missouri Route 23, north of NE 700 Road, when his vehicle crossed the centerline of the roadway and began skidding. It ran off the right side of the road, overturned and ejected the driver.
He was not wearing a seat belt, and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
